What I do...
In 2020, I achieved a 2:1 in my Bachelor of Laws Degree from City University of London. After that, I obtained my Master of Laws with the Legal Practice Course (LPC), also from City University.
My journey into working in law began in 2019 as a paralegal. After working in different areas of the law, my interest gravitated towards Property Law, especially during my study of Property Law in the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
I joined Richard Pearlman LLP as a paralegal in July 2022 and I began my training contract in January 2024.
More specifically...
I play a vital role in supporting our fee-earners throughout a wide array of commercial and residential property transactions. This covers various responsibilities – managing administrative tasks such as submitting forms to the Land Registry and HMRC, drafting contracts, conducting comprehensive title reviews, assessing search outcomes and preparing enquiries. This hands-on involvement significantly contributes to honing my legal expertise, all while guaranteeing the seamless progression of property procedures.
Outside the office...
In my free time I enjoy swimming, reading, and especially shopping!
