| The firm was set up by Richard Pearlman
in 1994. Our first offices were in Holborn, London WC2. In 1996,
we moved to our present premises in Shoreditch, London EC2. As you
can see from our current list of solicitors, the firm has grown steadily
since then. We converted to LLP status in October 2007. We act for a wide range of commercial enterprises and businesses. They include national retail outlets, lending institutions, property developers and other companies of varying sizes. Increasingly however we act for entrepreneurs who require assistance with their commercial or residential property portfolios, their businesses, marital or employment matters or who may simply be moving home. Whilst most of our clients are UK based, we also have clients based in Europe, USA, the Middle East and Africa. As a small business ourselves, we understand the need for personal service and accordingly, we place our clients' needs first. The vast majority of our new business comes through personal recommendation from our existing clients, for which we are always very grateful. We hope you will always find us friendly and approachable and that we speak plain English, avoiding legal jargon wherever possible.
