What I do... 

My particular experience is in property litigation, general commercial litigation, repossession sales and dispute resolution.

More specifically...

I have represented lenders since 1992. These range from quoted PLC's to small private lenders in such matters as forgery claims, undue influence and misrepresentation; actions against solicitors and valuers, shortfall recoveries and general possession claims. I work with specialist Counsel in these matters to ensure that my record in recovery is exemplary. The majority of my clients are of very long standing.

I represent landlords and tenants in residential and commercial matters, including forfeiture actions and possession claims.

I have particular experience in resolving difficult title matters. In addition I have also represented trustees in bankruptcy on asset realisations. I also undertake work on behalf of many individual clients.
