What I do...

I joined Richard Pearlman LLP in March 2019, having completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London. I qualified as a solicitor in March 2021 and was made a partner of the firm in August 2026.

Before joining the firm, I studied Politics at the University of Exeter, graduating in 2015, and subsequently spent two years working for a leading management consultancy.

More specifically...

I act for a broad range of property companies, investors and private individuals on matters including:

• Complex landlord and tenant transactions;

• Fast-paced property finance matters;

• Multi-let commercial investment properties; and

• High-value commercial and residential acquisitions and disposals.

My approach is diligent, organised and commercial, with an emphasis on driving transactions forward efficiently whilst ensuring my clients’ interests are properly protected. I take a close interest in developments in property law and regulation and, in particular, their practical impact on the UK property market.

Outside the office...

I’m a keen sports fan, particularly football (as a long-suffering Spurs supporter) and American football. I also enjoy weight training and playing golf when I can, as well as travelling, visiting new places and spending time with friends and my wife, Emma.
