Solicitor, Commercial and Residential Property Click here to email Victoria What I do... I specialise in all aspects of Commercial and Residential Property. More specifically... Since qualifying in 2003 I have specialised in commercial and residential property. My client base is varied, ranging from high value commercial property companies to private individuals. I manage clients' commercial property portfolios, involving frequent property sales and purchases, all areas of estate management including leases, licences and other matters involved in the administration of my clients' estates. I also act in relation to auction purchases with substantial commercial values which demand a speedy turnaround from the auction to completion, many of these involve complex financial arrangements. I am pro-active and like to take a hands on approach with regard to each transaction. I treat all of the transactions I act upon, whatever their nature, with the same care and attention in order to give my clients the best service I can provide. Qualifications and other experience... When not in the office I go to the gym, the theatre and cinema and like to travel (as much as my commitments to my clients will allow!). |
