What I do...
I specialise in all aspects of Commercial and Residential Property.

More specifically...
Since joining the firm in 2002 and my subsequent qualification as a solicitor in June 2004, I have been involved in all aspects of commercial and residential property.

I have had a wide variety of experience in most aspects of commercial and residential property. In particular I have considerable experience in landlord and tenant matters, including new leases and lease renewals (for both landlords and tenants), licences, deeds of variation and surrenders of existing leases. I have assisted Richard Pearlman on a number of development projects and planning-related matters.

I manage a number of clients' property portfolios which involves the granting of new leases, assignments and surrenders, as well as guiding them through the processes of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

Outside the Office...
When not in the office I like horse riding, boxing (please don’t be put off by that!) and the theatre, as well as catching up with friends whenever possible.
