What I do...
My particular experience is in property litigation and general commercial litigation.

More specifically...
I have represented lenders since 1992. These range from quoted plc's to small private lenders in such matters as forgery claims, undue influence and misrepresentation; actions against solicitors and valuers, shortfall recoveries and general possession claims. I work with specialist Counsel in these matters to ensure that my record in recovery is exemplary. The majority of my clients are of very long standing.

I also represent landlords and tenants in residential and commercial matters, including forfeiture actions and possession claims.

In addition I have particular experience representing trustees in bankruptcy on asset realisations. I undertake work on behalf of many individual clients.

Outside the Office...
I have a particular interest in education, being Chair of Governors of a Harrow School. I also enjoy golf, swimming and reading (the activity, not the town).
