Solicitor, Commercial and Residential Property Click here to email Amanda What I do... I specialise in all aspects of Commercial and Residential Property. More specifically... I have specialised in commercial and residential property since qualifying as a solicitor in January 2005. Since joining the firm in February 2006 I have undertaken solely commercial and residential property including the drafting and negotiation of leases and management documentation. My post-qualification background at Fearon & Co. provided invaluable landlord and tenant experience acting for both landlords and tenants. Further, I assist Richard Pearlman on larger acquisitions and disposals of all types of commercial property. I am often the point of contact for clients and I aim to be approachable and responsive to their requirements and timescales whilst managing their expectations. Qualifications and other experience... Solicitors, Guildford 2002 - 2006 Richard Pearlman & Co./LLP 2006 to date Having been brought up in Spain and undertaken all of my secondary schooling there I am fluent in Spanish. Outside the Office... Work aside, I enjoy keeping fit by swimming, walking and aerobics. I am a novice skiier and an improving golfer (slowly but surely!). I enjoy the theatre, cooking, going to concerts and reading murder mysteries. |
