Adam What I do... Primarily I specialise in all aspects of commercial and residential property. More specifically... The majority of my work is on behalf of medium-sized property companies and private individuals. I have specialised in commercial and residential property since qualifying as a solicitor at Nabarro Nathanson in 1993. I handle substantial commercial purchases and am frequently involved in dealing with securitisation and all finance aspects. I believe that good communication is of fundamental importance both in relation to my dealings with clients and also with other solicitors. Qualifications and other experience... LLB Hons (2:2) University of East Anglia 1989 Law Society Finals, College of Law, York 1990 Articled Clerk and Assistant, Nabarro Nathanson 1991-1994 Assistant Solicitor, Berger & Co. 1994-1995 Assistant Solicitor and Partner, Richard Pearlman & Co./LLP 1996 to date Outside the Office... When I have the rare opportunity to do anything other than work I play football and run around Richmond Park as often as possible. My main passions are reading and contemporary art. I also love football and still can not reconcile myself to the fact that most of Richard Pearlman LLP including my wonderful Secretary Rosanna are Tottenham supporters. I am married to Grazia and have two lovely little girls. |
